My wife made an appointment through Aaron to have our sound system checked out (the equalization had suddenly gone haywire overnight and we weren't able to get the sound right by adjusting any of the system controls). When we took the bike down to drop it off the night before the appointment, Aaron suggested that, rather than leaving the bike with them, we let him run a system update right then, take the bike back home, pull the main fuse for 30+ minutes and reinstall to reboot the system. We did just that, it worked, and Aaron saved me a day without my daily rider. A day without my bike is not a great day so many thanks to Aaron and the good people in the Route 66 service department.
